Well, I tell ya, Andrea was a real gem with helpin' me find my way 'round Florence, handin' me a map and all. The room was cozy enough for a good nap after long days. I reckon the only hitch was sharin' the bathroom. Sometimes it was a bit busy. The coffee machine was nice, just wish there were more spots to sit and sip.

Central heating, an iron, and a work desk available in the single room. Italian decor. Marvellous location minutes from a supermarket and a grocery shop. Nestled minutes from a coffee house and pizza restaurants;))
Not very helpful staff!

The place was fairly clean and we loved triple room. We walked everywhere, the location was particularly good, close to the city center.
Well, no internet access.

I enjoyed a fantastic stay, especially with the free tea and coffee options available and the comfortable room, though I did find it too warm at night.

Historical building charm enhances the ambiance of your stay.
The power went out on two occasions, disrupting my evening plans. I noticed quite a few mosquitoes in the room despite it being winter was nice. Unfortunately, I had to wait longer than expected for a shared bathroom during peak hours, inconvenient.

Andrea the host was cute. The view from the room was fine, and it was perfect location near all the main attractions. Plus, there's complimentary tea and hot water available, a nice touch after a long day out. Would definitely recommend this place!

A cozy stay in the heart
Finding this lovely hotel was like stumbling onto a hidden gem in Florence. The charming decor. Rooms may be small, but they are cozy and perfect for a good night's sleep. Andrea, the host, were very good, provided personal recommendations and a warm smile every time I had a question. I especially enjoyed the free tea and hot water available in the shared area-just what I needed after a long day of exploring!
My stay wasn't without its challenges. It took me a bit to find the hotel since the reception opened later than expected, and I could hear noise from the streets at night, which disrupted my sleep. The windows rattled loudly during any commotion outside, like when a helicopter flew overhead. While sharing a bathroom was manageable, at times there were long waits. I wish the sound insulation was better, as it would have.
